The 51AV Cooperative Extension System and First Missionary Baptist Church will host a mental health program called Turn Awareness into Action.
When life as we know it is challenged daily, people are experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety. Hear from professional mental health providers about the effects of stress and anxiety, so that you can act when a mental health crisis occurs.
